CE Electric UK

CE Electric UK is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company and delivers electricity to more than 3.8 million homes and businesses in northeast England, Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire, operating through its two subsidiaries, Northern Electric Distribution and Yorkshire Electricity Distribution.
CE Electric UK also owns a contracting subsidiary, Integrated Utility Services, that designs and builds power projects for industrial customers and other utilities.
CE Gas, CE Electric UK’s natural gas exploration subsidiary, owns natural gas-producing fields in Poland, Australia and in the North Sea off the coast of the U.K.
